Feastival Update – From Organisers

Dear Local Residents,

We hope you are keeping well.

Due to the continuing Covid-19 pandemic that is still impacting our Industry, in order to ensure a smooth and safe environment to build the event, The Big Feastival Team have taken the decision to extend the build up of the event by a couple of days.

Please be assured that this is a very light build for a couple of key suppliers to access site and make deliveries on Monday 16^th & Tuesday 17^th August 2021.  The remainder of the build remains the same from Wednesday 18^th August 2021.   All contractors have been expressly instructed to follow the agreed access routes to site and we will begin to install our traffic signs from Monday at the same time.

The residents Hotline will be diverted to a mobile during the build up and breakdown and operational from 0800 – 2000 hours . For any traffic queries please call The Residents Hotline  020 8233 7938.
