Minutes

The Parish Council Minutes are signed and approved at the following Meeting.  Below, you will find minutes of meetings that have  been approved, and the draft minutes of the most recent meeting.

The Annual Parish Meeting is held once a year, in March, after the normal Parish Council Meeting – the previous years Annual Parish Meeting minutes are signed and approved.

In March the Parish Council Meeting starts at 7.00 pm, to allow for the Annual Parish Meeting to start at 7.30 pm – in the Village Hall, West Street, Kingham.
